Jeff Brockett

Jeff Brockett is the Deputy General Counsel for Monroe Energy, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, Inc., that owns and operates the Trainer, Pennsylvania refinery and a 51 mile refined products pipeline system. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Jeff serves as Monroe’s project manager for the company’s UAS program - integrat­ing UAS operations into both routine and non-routine operation and maintenance functions. Jeff has more than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University, a master’s degree from Villanova University and a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University‘s Charles Widger School of Law.
